About Iqra Abd al-Nur
Coach, Counsellor & Wellbeing Practitioner
Welcome. I'm Iqra Abd al-Nur.
I am a qualified Life Coach, Muslim Coach and Wellbeing Practitioner with more than twenty years of experience supporting individuals through personal growth, life transitions, leadership, safeguarding, community development and meaningful change.
My work brings together evidence-based coaching approaches, Islamic values and holistic understanding of wellbeing. I hold a Diploma in Islamic Studies and continue to pursue advanced learning in Islamic Psychology and Counselling. I am also currently studying Tibb Nabawi (Prophetic Medicine) and Hijama Therapy as part of my commitment to supporting wellbeing from a whole-person perspective.
Throughout my career, I have coached, mentored, trained and supported people from a wide range of backgrounds, helping them navigate challenges, build confidence, strengthen relationships and move forward with greater clarity and purpose.
Whether you are experiencing a major life transition, seeking personal growth, working through relationship challenges, focusing on women's wellbeing or simply looking for a supportive space to reflect and plan your next steps, my aim is to provide compassionate practical guidance tailored to your individual circumstances.
I welcme clients from all backgrounds and faith traditions. My role is not to tell you what your path should be, but to help you discover it with confidence, insight and intention.
